Over the past 10+ years, I’ve had the privilege of managing the digital marketing campaigns of some of the biggest and best known retailer brands. I’ve worked on the agency side for companies like Channeladvisor and CommerceHub (formerly Mercent) as well as the client side for companies like Lexis Nexis and Performance Bicycles.
My experience runs the internet marketing gamut: marketing automation, social media & engagement marketing, mobile marketing, pay-per-click marketing, comparison shopping engine marketing / product data feed management, website design / development, search engine optimization, dynamic re-targeting, and email marketing.
Some of the brands I’ve managed are a who’s who of the Internet Retailer 500: Barnes & Noble, GNC, Lumber Liquidators, The Discovery Channel Store, Toys R Us, Jos. A. Bank, Burt’s Bees, Reed’s Jewelers, Ross Simons Jewelers, Samuel’s Jewelers, Back Counrty and DSW Shoes.
During my tenure working with these brands, I was personally responsible for channel marketing for Marketplaces (Amazon), Comparison Shopping Engines, SEO, PPC, Analytics & Reporting, Web Development, Display Advertising and Remarketing.
I’ve been responsible for monthly digital marketing budgets in excess of ~$750k, all the while adhering to a client-specific ROI/ROAS (return-on-ad-spend) goals. These experiences allowed me to learn and develop a best practices playbook from which I still employ today with all client engagements.
I work with a small set of clients as a consultancy, but iDriveROI is not like other consultancies: we work hand in glove with our clients and are adept at ecommerce platforms and practices. So in addition to advising and making recommendations, we will oft times also conduct the implementation, reporting and ongoing management of client engagement projects.
